Awards Season Journey – December 2024
We are pleased to announce details and registration for the Awards Season Journey. You can register with the form at the bottom of this page.
Since December tends to be a quieter month, we are going to use this month to reflect on the year in film and that will lead into 2025 Awards Season. Last year the Awards Season was one of our favorite and most engaged journeys. We expect that to continue.
In addition to the scheduled calls below, we will also have live events either on the website and Discord. We’ll live chat during the events. We’ll have some listening parties and potentially media parties for song/soundtrack nominations and any shorts that are available.

Schedule
- December 18th at 7pm EST. Best of 2024 – We will talk about our favorite films of the year and also Awards Ceremonies up to that point (Golden Globes, PGA, Indie Spirits)
- Golden Globes Live Chat – 1/5/2025 at 8pm EST.
- Oscar Nominations Reaction – Call Date 1/17/2025 at 7pm EST
- Guild Awards Recap – Call Date TBD. Last Guild awards on 2/23/2025.
- Oscar Ceremony Recap – Call Date TBD. Oscar telecast is 3/2/2025.
- Category Talk – 2 Calls TBD
- Nomination Talk – 2 Calls discussing two different films each call. TBD.
The journey will continue through Awards Season until shortly after the Oscars ceremony, which will happen on March 2nd.
